Hollie: the year is flying past

I can’t believe how fast the year is flying past and summer is upon us already. There’s so many great things coming up and I’m really looking forward to the summer season as we finally get to jump outside. The yard is going so well, I’m really happy their we have some great liveries and I just love playing ponies all day. Now that the weather has improved the fields are finally open and its great to watch the horses enjoying their time in the sunshine.

The Masters @ Wales & West

We had a great show at the Masters the horses all jumped brilliantly we had a  Super first day Ryan’s Hollie taking a 2nd in the 1.10 and a 2nd in the 1.15, Hilarius picking up a 6th in the 1.10 and Delina jumping double clear in the 1.20 NAF to finish 18th and qualifying for the final, finishing off with another successful few days, Delina qualifying for the 1.15 final, Hilarius 3rd in the 1.05, Ryan’s Hollie winning the 1.10 and a 4th in the 1.15 #dreamteam

We’ve been out to a few local shows getting the horses  in shape for Royal Windsor next month and we had a great show at Wellington with Hilarius winning the 1m. Ryan’s Hollie 2nd in the 1.10, Delina winning the 1.20 and 2nd in the 1.25. In We also stepped Delina up to the 1.30 where she just had an unlucky pole but super happy with her.

THE SILVER LEAGUE

We’ve decided to take the horses and have a go at the Horse of the Year show Silver league qualifiers, after a bit of a nightmare start to the day after the lorry wouldn’t start. Delina and Hollie both jumped really well at the Silver League Qualifiers at Houghton Hall, the girls did me proud and jumped super, ending up with a 4th from Delina and Ryan’s Hollie 6th. Unfortunately we just missed out as the top 3 qualified so we will be off to Arena UK next month to jump the next one.

Next month were off the Royal Windsor Horse Show where we are Jumping in the Foxhunter, The B & C and representing Garth Hunt in the Pony Club 1.10
